Key Features:
• Levelling, ductility and brightness
• High corrosion performance
• Sacrificial protection
• Paint and printable

Envirozin
MacDermid’s most versatile and widely used alkaline zinc system was developed specifically to eliminate the historic problems of adhesion failures of competitor alkaline zincs. After more than 15 years of development, Envirozin remains the market leader in alkaline zinc, and each new generation builds on the performance and benefits of its predecessors.

MacuGuard & Transiflo
Our mechanical plating and galvanizing systems offer the perfect solution when the potential for hydrogen embrittlement exists. Steel of any hardness can be processed quickly and effectively, offering the same high protection as conventional electroplated zinc deposits. Specified and used by all leading automotive manufacturing companies for over 2 decades.

Kenlevel
MacDermid’s acid chloride zinc systems have long been recognized for high quality, brilliant deposits. Used for both functional and decorative finishing, Kenlevel chloride zincs are rivaled only by bright nickel in terms of aesthetics. Kenlevel additives are no-compromise quality chemistries, which continue to be developed to exacting high standards that our customers value whenever they opt for quality over cost.

Zinc Alloy Systems
The Industry’s Only Complete Portfolio Of Zinc Alloy Plating Systems
MacDermid is the only supplier to offer a complete range of Zinc Alloy Plating Systems. Our innovative alloy systems include zinc-nickel, zinc-iron, zinc-cobalt, zinc-tin and zinc-aluminium, with each deposit offering a unique set of electro-mechanical properties. Our innovative Enviralloy™ systems offer both ultra-high performance and exceptional cost savings of 30-50% over competitive high performance coatings systems. When combined with our renowned ZinKlad™ quality assurance program and thorough understanding of OEM specifications, it’s easy to see why our innovative Zinc Alloy Systems are consistently specified by the world’s leading automotive manufacturers. When you need zinc alloy plating systems that deliver high performance and productivity, count on the company that says “Yes We Can.”MacDermid.

Key Features:
• Excellent corrosion resistance
• Trivalent passivation synergy
• High thermal cycling capability
• Contact corrosion compatibility
• Sacrificial corrosion protection

Enviralloy Fe
MacDermid’s zinc-iron alloy plating process offers exceptional performance at a very competitive cost compared to other alloys. The deposit can easily be post treated to give a lustrous black finish with high protection values. Enviralloy Fe is also readily deformed and manipulated without significant loss of corrosion performance. Zinc-iron also works synergistically with TriPass trivalent systems maximizing corrosion performance.

Enviralloy Sn
MacDermid’s tin-zinc alloy plated deposits offers exceptional electrical contact performance for grounding applications. The deposit is also highly resistant to corrosion especially to the appearance of “white rust”. Zinc-tin is also readily deformed and manipulated. Zinc-tin is not easily treated with trivalent passivation processes however top coats can be used to further enhance performance.

Enviralloy Ni
MacDermid’s zinc-nickel alloy plating process offering the highest plating speed and alloy content of any available system. The process has been specially developed to meet the most demanding applications for this high performance alloy and is especially suited to automotive applications. Enviralloy Ni has been tested and incorporated into some of the worlds most demanding specifications.
