NiKlad ELV 811
10-12% Phosphorous desposits from a Lead and Cadmium free bath. The process operates in the same way as conventional system. Stable in both stainess steel and polypropylene process equipment.
Vand-Aloy 4200
High speed 10-12% P bath for general and high production. Best suited for use in anodically protected Stainless Steel and conventional Polyproplyene equipment.
Elnic 101
10-11% P bath. General purpose for all applications. Deposit has FDA approval.
Medium Phosphorus Electroless Nickel
Niklad 787
Ultra-bright, fast bath for all job shop applications. Suited for Polyproplyene and Stainless Steel equipment.
Vand-Aloy 6000
Full bright version of Vand-Aloy 5000. Medium phosphorus bath for high production applications. Provides good throughput. Option for carbonate pH control.
NiKlad ELV 808
7.5 - 9% Phosphorous desposits from a Lead and Cadmium free bath. NiKlad ELV 808 produces a bright deposit with good wear and corrosion resistnce properties. The system is stable in both stainess steel and polypropylene process equipment.
Vand-Aloy 5000
Semi-bright, cadmium free, medium phoshorus bath for high production applications. Provides good throughput and is excellent for high thickness work (>25 micrometers). Option for carbonate pH control.
Medium-Low Phosphorus Electroless Nickel
Niklad 767
Very bright, 5-6%P. High speed bath for job shop applications. Provides good life along with consistency. Versatile system, high or low loading. Most widely used system.
Niklad 768
High production, high loading version of Niklad 767.
Niklad 797
Very bright, fast bath for high production applications (3.5-4.5% P). Very hard as plated. The system will initiate plating at 160oF (70oC) and is ideal for those specialized applications where lower temperature operation is beneficial.
Niklad ELV 805
A low phosphorous bath free from Lead and Cadmium, capable of depositing higly wear resistant coatings ideal for electronics applications where soldering is a key requirement..
Low Phosphorus Electroless Nickel
Niklad 724
Semi-bright deposit. System gives consistent 1.5-3% P over bath life. Excellent hardness and wear resistance both before and after heat treatment. Excellent ductility. Good for electronic applications (soldering, brazing, etc.).
Nickel Boron Systems
NIKLAD 752
0.2 - 0.5% Boron system primarily for all types of electronic applications. The deposit provides high electrical conductivity, exhibits low contact resistance and shows some good "as plated" hardness & wear resistance. This deposit also finds a variety of uses in solderability applications due to the extended shelf life solderability obtained. This coating can replace gold in some specific applications. |
